Duties

• Safely load, unload, and transport pharmacy products and supplies using a company-provided vehicle across all designated locations
• Deliver medications and healthcare products to customers’ homes efficiently, following planned routes and schedules
• Assist pharmacy staff with inventory management, including stock organization and heavy lifting of supplies in the warehouse
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by answering questions and ensuring a positive experience
• Operate various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles to load and unload shipments
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for compliance and tracking purposes
• Follow all safety protocols related to driving, warehouse operations, and handling pharmacy items

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving expertise
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Warehouse experience including heavy lifting, moving supplies, and operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, loading/unloading cargo, and warehouse operations
• Physical ability to lift heavy boxes and perform moving tasks as needed
