Pharmacy Technician

Certified Pharmacy technicians at CentraCare support our pharmacists. You’ll be trained to help with computer work, inventory control, stocking, and much more. You’ll serve patients of all ages, from premature infants to the elderly. Our pharmacy technicians are career pharmacy technicians, or they become a pharmacy technician as a steppingstone to other healthcare careers.

Schedule:

Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks
Monday-Friday | various start times 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 11:30am-8:00pm
Every 6th weekend | Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 5:30pm | Rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $20.85 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $19.91-29.87 per hour
$2,000 hiring bonus
Earn extra pay for working evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Qualifications:

Registration as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
High School Diploma
New technicians have one year to become certified, and complete required CE for maintenance of certification.
