Sisu Healthcare Solutions is a privately held infusion therapy company based in Tempe, AZ. We are dedicated to providing excellent clinical service to our patients, physicians, and managed care customers. Our comprehensive infusion therapy services include the provision of nutritional, antibiotics, and specialty drugs administered intravenously in the home setting or in our outpatient ambulatory infusion suites. Our clinical team of nurses and pharmacists work closely with physicians to develop personalized plan of care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

As a member of the Sisu Pharmacy team, you will be expected to prepare technical and clerical tasks associated with the preparation, labeling and dispensing of pharmaceuticals. Also, plays an integral role in the inventory and quality assurance activities.

Job Description

***This is an IN-PERSON position, not remote.***

Schedule: This is a Monday through Friday position.

Coordinates and schedules medications of sterile admixtures with the guidance of the Pharmacist.

  • Generates delivery/pick slips under the supervision of the Pharmacist. Picks and pulls supplies and home medical equipment.
  • Obtains supply inventories from patients/clients and communicates information obtained to the Pharmacist as required.
  • Participates in department and quality performance improvement process.
  • Adheres to all accreditation, Board of Pharmacy, DEA, FDA, state, local and federal regulations and standards relevant to infusion pharmacy.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) license and an Arizona State License.
  • At least two years of aseptic preparation of infusion-related pharmaceuticals in a hospital or home infusion setting
  • General knowledge of drug terminology, pharmaceutical calculations, drug use and aseptic techniques
  • Effective mathematical and communication skills required
  • Basic pharmacy knowledge of reading and interpreting prescriptions
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting dedicated to improving patient outcomes through precise medication management.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Aseptic technique: 2 years (Preferred)
