Pharmacy Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to support pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level
- Process medication orders under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Provide excellent patient service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician
- Experience in retail pharmacy is preferred
- Proficiency in using pharmacy software systems
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour
