Pharmacy Technician (Full-Time)

We are looking for a technician. We consider full-time or part-time. Open 9am - 9pm and some evenings and weekends are required.

WE WILL TRY TO CRAFT A SCHEDULE THAT MEETS YOUR NEEDS, 24-40 hours / week. If you need 36+ hours, we will find you 36+ hours. If you are only available in evenings, we can work with that.

Physical Demands

• All work is performed while standing and moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, moving from one work area to another
• Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than whole hand or arm
• Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in all directions
• Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist
• Stooping, requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles
• Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed accurately with fluent English
• Having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, even in a noisy environment
• Good eyesight, with corrective lenses if needed

Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs; exerting up to 50 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 30 lbs of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Washington State Pharmacy Technician License
• Ability to learn and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer records and information

Salary: $25 / hour PLUS bonus below following 90 day and 400 hours worked trial period. See below. Our techs are paid on par and the base rate is not negotiable.

Bonus: Up to $6 / hour, depending on store profitability. Bonus averaged $4.26 / hour from Feb 2021-Jan 2022 and has had a floor of $2 an hour. That means the $25 an hour quickly becomes $27-$31 dependent on store profitability.
