Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No nights! No weekends! No major holidays!

Overview

Vertisis Custom Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (or Technician Trainee) to join our team as a Visual Inspector/Labeler in Scottsdale, AZ. This non-retail role offers a hands-on opportunity in a high-impact, patient-focused compounding environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, quality-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced setting where accuracy and safety are critical.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance processes to ensure product safety and compliance

• Visually inspect compounded preparations to identify defects or non-conforming units

• Accurately prepare and apply labels to pharmaceutical products

• Complete documentation including labels, log sheets, and reports in a timely manner

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

• Support team operations and complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Pharmacy Technician Trainee License (Arizona State Board of Pharmacy required)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Friendly, flexible, and proactive work style

Preferred:

• Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or call center environments
