Pharmacy Technician/Mail Order

In this vital role, you will be the backbone of preparing medications for shipping, and patient support, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of prescriptions to patients, tracking shipments and contacting patients for delivery. Responsibilities

• Prepare medications accurately for mail order prescriptions..
• Manage intake processes by reviewing prescription orders, verifying patient information, and coordinating with healthcare providers as needed.
• Provide exceptional patient service by answering inquiries, tracking shipments and supporting patient care initiatives.
• Maintain meticulous records of medication shipments, and assisting in providing assistance to remote technicians and documentation of all activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless medication access and delivery.

Experience

• ENTRY LEVEL position We will teach you .
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy operations and patient care.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient service while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
