Responsibilities: • Build sustainable educational partnerships by developing working relationships with regional school systems to integrate CTAE programs, higher education programs, and local education initiatives that promote economic mobility through media arts training. • Create comprehensive educational databases by assembling information on regional school systems, administrators, instructors, and film-oriented programs, providing staff with organized resources to expand program accessibility. • Establish coordination systems by creating a combined calendar with regional school schedules that enables PhilanthroFilms staff to efficiently plan and deliver camps and training programs. • Develop communication infrastructure by creating templates, contact protocols, and engagement systems that enable staff to maintain ongoing connections with educational participants throughout PhilanthroFilms programs. • Support program capacity building by developing scheduling frameworks, curriculum templates, volunteer coordination systems, and logistical process documentation that enable staff to sustain and scale educational programming. • Maintain participant databases with contact information that supports staff in tracking long-term engagement and program outcomes in workforce development. • Promote organizational visibility by establishing systems for staff representation at school functions and developing presentation materials for speaking engagements that build community awareness of economic opportunity pathways.
Member Duties : -Help determine the next trainings/workshops -Help determine how all these courses will build off of eachother -Create documents that set goals and objectives for trainings/workshops -Create online forms for participant information -Identify areas of need -Help organize summer film camp -Put curriclum into easy to read templates
