Outreach Coordinator (US-Facing, Night Shift)

Location: Remote (Pakistan-based) Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT (US Eastern hours) Type: Full-time

About the role

We need someone based in Pakistan to call prospective supporters in the United States, introduce our work, and open conversations that could lead to funding our operations.

This is a phone-heavy role. You will be speaking to senior professionals, business owners, and philanthropic individuals in the US. You need to sound confident, natural, and credible on the phone, not scripted.

The subject matter is sensitive. You must be comfortable discussing topics related to domestic hardship, women's safety, and shelter services with professionalism and care.

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to US-based leads during US business hours
• Introduce the organisation's mission clearly and naturally, without reading from a script
• Build rapport quickly and handle questions or hesitations with confidence
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups
• Meet daily and weekly call targets

Requirements (non-negotiable)

• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience (inbound-only customer service does not count)
• Fluent American English, spoken and written. You will be tested on a live call before any interview proceeds
• Available to work 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, five days a week
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Comfortable discussing sensitive topics (domestic violence, women's shelters) with maturity and professionalism

Strong advantage

• Experience calling US-based clients specifically
• Background in fundraising, donor outreach, or nonprofit work
• Previous work in a BPO or call center serving US accounts

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. Salary details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pakistan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
