Philippine Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Philippine Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent dining service and ensure customer satisfaction in a restaurant or hospitality environment. The candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while representing Filipino hospitality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers politely and professionally.
• Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and specials to guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times.
• Check customer satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints professionally.
• Process bills and handle cash or POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Assist in opening and closing restaurant duties.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar customer service role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Filipino cuisine or hospitality service is an advantage.

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
