The Healthy Place Holistic Clinic is seeking a skilled, compassionate part-time phlebotomist to join our team. We are a root-cause, data-driven clinic focused on helping patients understand their health through advanced lab testing and personalized care.

This role is ideal for someone who values a calm, patient-centered environment and is especially comfortable working with both adults and children.

Position Details

• Part-time, mornings
• Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM
• Flexible weekday scheduling (we’re open to working around your availability)

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with confidence and care
• Create a calm, positive experience for patients of all ages—especially children
• Ensure patient comfort, including those who may feel anxious about blood draws
• Properly label, process, and prepare specimens for transport
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lab space
• Collaborate with our clinical team to support patient care and workflow

Qualifications

• Experience with phlebotomy (certification preferred but not required if experienced)
• Experience working with pediatric patients strongly preferred
• Gentle, patient-first approach with the ability to put children at ease
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working in a holistic, wellness-focused environment
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
