Phlebotomist cum Nursing Care (BLS Certified)

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / Intermediate (Science) with relevant diploma
• 2–3 years of experience in phlebotomy and basic nursing care
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – mandatory
• Hands-on experience in blood collection, donor care, and transfusion support

Key Responsibilities:

• This position also involves attending to emergency patients and providing first aid care when required. The phlebotomist will be responsible for handling any first aid situations that arise within the facility.
• Perform blood collection with precision and ensure donor comfort
• Provide basic nursing care to donors and patients
• Prepare and manage transfusion setups and supplies
• Maintain accurate documentation of donor and patient records
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
• Assist in blood donation camps and outreach programs
• Respond promptly and professionally during donor or patient emergencies
• Support routine clinic and ward operations as assigned

Skills & Competencies:

• Command on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in camp setup and management
