Receptionist cum Phlebotomist

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Phlebotomist who can efficiently manage front desk operations while performing professional blood collection and sample handling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in laboratory or healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling
• Collect blood and other biological samples following standard procedures
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and sample storage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy area
• Coordinate with lab technologists and other departments for smooth workflow
• Handle calls, inquiries, and report distribution efficiently

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Phlebotomy / Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Laboratory Software preferred)
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure
