Job Title: Office Assistant (Female)

Job Description:
Capital Engineering Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling office correspondence, preparing bid documents, and managing data operations with efficiency and accuracy. This role requires good communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to coordinate daily tasks smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, manage, and coordinate emails and official correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing bidding documents.
  • Maintain and update company records, files, and data systems.
  • Perform general office duties, including document handling and record management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in any field), MA (English).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • office administration or bid preparation.

Note: Candidate from I-10 sector will be given preference
