Receptionist (Female)

Manama, Bahrain

Job Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and providing professional administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support day-to-day office operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
