Receptionist (Female Saudi Only)

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly
  • Maintain an organised reception area and ensure all materials are stocked
  • Assist with clerical duties including filing, typing, and document preparation
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
  • Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations

Experience

  • Previous office or administrative experience is essential
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
  • Prior clerical experience will be considered an asset
