Position: Receptionist
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)- Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle daily mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Assist visitors by providing accurate information and directing them to the right departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking appointments, and managing calendars.
- Handle basic clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with HR/Administration team for office support when required.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain a professional company image.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in customer service (1–2 years minimum).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Presentable, organized, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
