Description:

AHA's local Patient Service Center on the East side of Ormond Beach, FL has an exciting full-time opportunity for reliable and dedicated Phlebotomist! This position offers a limited level of freedom and flexibility that is very different from a hospital or clinical environment.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drawing blood from patients following venipuncture protocols
• Completing pertinent paperwork
• Preparing tube labels correctly and legibly
• Providing exceptional customer service

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday, 7AM – 3PM

NO Weekends / OFF ALL Holidays

PAY:

• Hourly, BOE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clear criminal history as required for positions with direct patient care
• An additional background check to include level-2 fingerprinting
• Minimally 2-years of phlebotomy work experience
• Minimally 1-year of outpatient center experience

Must possess a passion towards SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy work experience required.
• Clean criminal history, as required for positions with direct patient care; some states require additional background checks including fingerprinting https://info.flclearinghouse.com which require a Level 2 (fingerprints)
