Phlebotomy Instructor

We are currently interviewing for a Part-Time Phlebotomy Technician instructor

Friday days 10-2pm ,Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-8:30pm.

Willing to hire 2 instructors 1 day 1 evening.

Do you have a passion for teaching? 3 years working experience in a full laboratory setting as a phlebotomist required. CCA Phlebotomy curriculum focuses very heavily on Laboratory Processing and also on blood draw technique.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Phlebotomy Technician Instructor will be instructing adult students in a combination of practical and theoretical setting. Basic duties include: classroom instruction, tutoring, and student retention. The Phlebotomy Technician Instructor shall offer instruction and supervision of students in classroom .

QUALIFICATIONS:

· A minimum of three years of work experience within your field providing direct patient care.

· Graduated from a Post-Secondary school in Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or equivalent. We require official transcripts as proof of education.

· Teaching or Training experience is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right individuals.

· Experience and comfort in communicating with adults from other nations, cultures and ethnic groups.

· Must hold a current certification within your field.

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
