Phone Auditor - Remote

Total Compensation per year $45k to $55k

Responsibilities: Complete audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies (Workers’ Compensation and General Liability).

Work directly with policyholders or their contacts via phone to obtain payroll and accounting records.

Accurately evaluate and apply correct classifications and exposure amounts.

Manage assignments provided through our web-based production system.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in all audit work.

• Qualifications: Knowledge & experience in conducting audits within Nexus platform (preferred)
• Have Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll or other related work experience
• Have an associate or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or Bookkeeping
• Experience of working directly with the public, preferably on the phones
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Well organized
• Willing to work from home
• Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate & comprehend both written and orally
• Strong organization and time management skills
• High School diploma or GED is required
