Job Description:
One of our clients is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Phone Banking Officers at our Call Center in Lahore. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with banking inquiries, and promoting our financial products over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information on banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and technical support for digital banking.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products, including credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain data security.
- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Age: Maximum 35 years (Those above 35 please don't apply)
- Males are preferred
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant call center experience are encouraged to apply.
