Job Summary:
Responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing information on banking products and services, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information on bank products, services, and procedures.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Maintain proper call records and customer data.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree. (Mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior call center or banking experience is a plus.
