We are placing an advanced-skill salesperson with strong CRM experience. This is an inside sales role with warm leads. No travel or overtime required.

Candidate must be confident on the phones, dependable, efficient in task management and able to make adjustments to improve their skillset and contribution.

CRM tasks include order follow-ups, check-ins, quoting among other optimized touchpoints with customers.

Responsibilities

We stress that we are in search of a confident and experienced sales rep who has advanced CRM knowledge and strong prior sales experience.

This position will start with a hand-holding introduction to the sales team and work environment. Formal training will be provided on our CRM system. Once established, coaching, softball sales leads, inside sales work and quotes will build a workday.

Requisites

-- Strong writing and typing skills

-- Outgoing and team-oriented personality

-- HubSpot CRM Experience **

-- Detail-oriented focus

-- Ability to manage staff

-- Willingness to stay agile with work responsibilities

-- Strong work ethic

-- Experience with product-based sales is a plus

-- Higher-level education is a plus

-- Prior sales and customer experience are a large consideration
