Job Title: Outbound Phone Sales Specialist – Home Improvement & Energy

Pay: From $5,000 per month + performance bonuses
Top performers earn $7,000–$8,000+ per month

Schedule:
Monday–Saturday, 6 days per week
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
American Impact and Energy operates under Atlas Remodeling LLC, a growing construction and home improvement company with multiple brands across Florida.

We are seeking an experienced outbound phone sales professional to handle high-volume calls to homeowners, present energy and home improvement solutions, set qualified appointments, and convert leads in a performance-driven environment. This role is not entry-level.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners
• Present energy and home improvement solutions clearly
• Handle objections and build rapport over the phone
• Set qualified appointments consistently
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain professional call quality standards

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base pay of $5,000 per month
• Performance-based bonuses
• Realistic earning potential of $7,000–$8,000+ per month for top performers

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proven experience in outbound phone sales, cold calling, or telemarketing
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
• Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
