Phone Sales Representative

Refresh My Ride is a growing auto detailing company based in Metro Detroit serving Macomb and Oakland counties. We specialize in ceramic coatings, paint correction, detailing, and window tinting — and we have a steady stream of inbound leads coming in every week.

We're looking for a sharp, motivated phone sales rep to join our team remotely. This is not a cold-calling job. You'll be working warm leads — people who have already reached out to us — and converting them into booked appointments.

What you'll do:

• Answer inbound calls and follow up with leads through our CRM
• Walk customers through our services and pricing
• Collect deposits and book jobs on the calendar
• Follow up with unsold leads to bring them back
• Collect 5-star Google reviews from completed customers

What we're looking for:

• Strong phone presence — you're confident, friendly, and can close
• Organized and self-motivated; you don't need hand-holding
• Prior phone sales or customer service experience preferred
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
• Available Monday through Friday during business hours (9a-5p EST)

Pay:

• $300/week base
• 8% commission on all booked, completed, and collected revenue with opportunities for advancement
• Our reps are generating $6,000–$8,000/week in revenue — that puts your total pay at $780–$940/week
• Paid weekly

Required:

• 1+ years of phone sales or inside sales experience (closing, not just appointment setting)
• Comfortable following a structured sales script and call flow
• Able to respond to inbound leads quickly — within minutes, not hours — during business hours
• Reliable phone, computer, and quiet home workspace
• Strong follow-up discipline: comfortable working leads through text, phone, and Facebook Messenger
• Experience asking for the sale and collecting deposits over the phone

Preferred:

• Experience selling automotive services, home services, or other ticket sizes in the $200–$2,500 range
• Familiarity with a CRM (you use GoHighLevel — worth naming it or just saying "CRM experience a plus")
• Objection-handling experience with price-shoppers ("just text me pricing" types)

This role is remote. You'll use our CRM and phone system — everything is set up and ready to go. Scripts, training, and support are provided from day one.
