Position Summary:

The Phone Sales Representative Supervisor will oversee and lead a team of inside sales representatives who engage with prospective and existing patients by phone. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality patient interactions in the promotion and sale of erectile dysfunction (ED) medications and treatments. The Supervisor will play a key role in meeting revenue goals, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting a positive, professional sales culture.

Expected yearly earnings is 60K to 85K+; which includes a base salary + sales commissions and bonuses. In addition to a competitive salary, uncapped bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of phone sales representatives.
  • Make outbound sales calls to current and former patients regarding men's sexual health medications and treatments.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, call activity, close rates, and per-patient averages.
  • Ensure sales representatives effectively communicate treatment benefits, options, and pricing to patients.
  • Support team members in overcoming patient objections and closing sales.
  • Maintain a patient-centered approach, ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance at all times.
  • Track sales data, prepare reports, and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all sales interactions follow HIPAA and healthcare compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor calls for quality assurance and adherence to company standards.
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • High school diploma.
  • 2+ years of experience in phone-based sales, preferably in healthcare or men's health.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate a team to reach their full potential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to manage sensitive patient information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • The work environment is in an office/contact center.
