Phone Staff Member

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Phones staff member in a bustling restaurant/deli/catering environment. The role involves handling phone orders and providing excellent customer service.

Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Input orders into the POS system
- Assist with packaging to-go orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Phones area

Requirements
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including a POS system
- Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitization procedures
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in basic math for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
