Job Description:
Joseph Group is seeking a creative and skilled Photographer/Videographer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in photography and videography, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling. In addition to capturing high-quality images and videos, the candidate should be proficient in Adobe creative suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit different company locations for on-site photography and videography sessions.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos for internal and external communications.
• Assist with content creation for LinkedIn, ensuring posts align with company branding and messaging.
• Edit and retouch images and videos to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual content for promotional purposes.
• Produce engaging graphics and designs for social media, website, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s visual identity.
• Maintain an organized archive of images, videos, and design files.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in photography, videography, and graphic designing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
