Job Summary:

The Senior Photographer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-quality photoshoots for fashion campaigns, lookbooks, product catalogs, social media, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, lighting, and styling, with proven experience in fashion photography and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead fashion, editorial, and product photoshoots studio and outdoor.
• Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and design teams to develop visual concepts aligned with brand identity.
• Direct models, stylists, and assistants to achieve desired visuals.
• Capture high-quality images for campaigns, social media, website, and print materials.
• Retouch and edit photos while maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic.
• Manage studio lighting setups, photography equipment, and overall shoot logistics.
• Stay updated on photography trends, fashion styling, and lighting techniques.
• Mentor and guide junior photographers and post-production team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of final edited images for marketing and e-commerce use.
• Coordinate with videographers and creative designers to maintain cohesive visual storytelling.

Experience: 3–4 years of experience in fashion photography studio and outdoor.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and related editing tools.
• Expertise in studio lighting, composition, and retouching.
• Strong understanding of color grading, mood boards, and fashion aesthetics.

Soft Skills:

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
