Junior Photographer / Videographer

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative Arabic-speaking Photographer/Videographer with a strong eye for storytelling and composition. Your role will focus on generating ideas, capturing high-quality photos and videos, and bringing creative shooting angles to life. You will not be responsible for editing or post-production, as our design team will handle that part.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and ideas for photo and video shoots.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos both in-studio and on location.
• Use lighting, composition, and angles to deliver visually striking content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align with brand vision.
• Deliver RAW or high-quality files for editing/post-production.

Requirements:

• Must be Arabic-speaking for effective team communication.
• Proven experience (professional, freelance, or academic) in photography and videography.
• Strong knowledge of cameras and lighting equipment.
• Creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute fresh ideas.
• Flexibility to work on different types of shoots (products, events, lifestyle, etc.).
• A portfolio or sample of previous work is highly preferred.

الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن مصور عربي مبدع يمتلك حس فني عالي في اختيار الأفكار وزوايا التصوير. سيكون دورك الأساسي هو ابتكار الفكرة، تنفيذ جلسات التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو باحترافية، وتسليم المواد الخام بجودة عالية لفريق التصميم والمونتاج. لا يتطلب منك عمل تحرير أو مونتاج، بل التركيز على الإبداع في التصوير نفسه.

المسؤوليات:

• ابتكار أفكار للتصوير بما يتماشى مع هوية العلامة التجارية والمحتوى المطلوب.
• تنفيذ جلسات تصوير (صور + فيديو) داخل الاستوديو أو خارجه.
• اختيار أفضل زوايا وإضاءة لإبراز جمالية المنتج/الخدمة/الحدث.
• التعاون مع فريق التسويق والتصميم لتوحيد الرؤية الإبداعية.
• تسليم ملفات RAW أو عالية الجودة للفريق المسؤول عن المونتاج والتعديل.

المتطلبات:

• أن يكون المتقدم ناطق بالعربية للتواصل الفعّال مع الفريق.
• خبرة عملية أو أكاديمية في التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو.
• معرفة جيدة باستخدام الكاميرات الاحترافية (DSLR/Mirrorless) والإضاءة.
• شغف بالإبداع وابتكار أفكار جديدة للتصوير.
• القدرة على العمل بمرونة في مواقع تصوير مختلفة.
• يفضل إرفاق بورتفوليو أو عينات من الأعمال السابقة.

Job Types: Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED199.00 - AED250.00 per day
