About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a versatile individual who is passionate about video content, social media storytelling, and product marketing. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content, managing our social media calendar, and supporting product management initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing & Content Creation:
• Film, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging video content for various social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Create motion graphics, add text overlays, sound effects, and color correction to enhance video quality.
• Manage and organize video assets and libraries.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop, schedule, and manage a comprehensive monthly social media content calendar.
• Write compelling captions and engage with our online community to build brand presence.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Product Marketing Support:
• Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new products.
• Create marketing collaterals and content that effectively communicates product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure product information is accurate and appealing across all channels.

Requirements:

• Must have their own valid UAE residence visa
• Proven experience in video editing (please provide a portfolio or links to previous work).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) is essential.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and their best practices.
• Experience in developing and managing a social media content calendar.
• Basic knowledge of or a strong interest in product management and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
