Videographer – Luxury Real Estate & Social Media

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer to join our in-house Marketing & Media team.

This is more than a videography role. We are looking for someone who can create exceptional visual content that elevates our brand, showcases Dubai's most exclusive properties, and builds the personal brands of our real estate agents across social media.

If you're passionate about cinematic storytelling, understand how to create content that performs on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and know your way around professional camera systems and high-end lenses, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Produce cinematic property tours for luxury residential and commercial listings.
• Film and edit engaging social media content with our real estate agents.
• Create high-quality Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and behind-the-scenes content.
• Plan, shoot and edit videos from concept to final delivery.
• Operate professional cameras, cinema lenses, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment.
• Color grade and edit videos to a premium standard.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative campaigns and content ideas.
• Maintain consistent visual quality across all platforms.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and continuously bring fresh creative ideas.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Videographer with an outstanding portfolio or showreel.
• Strong understanding of luxury real estate, architecture or lifestyle videography.
• Excellent knowledge of professional Sony, Canon, or similar camera systems and premium lenses.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement and cinematic storytelling.
• Experience creating content optimized for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Drone experience is an advantage.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail and a passion for producing world-class content.
