Photographer & Marketing/Advertisement Executive

We are looking for a talented Real Estate Photographer & Marketing/Advertisement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will create high-quality property images, videos, and marketing materials that showcase our listings and attract potential buyers or tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Capture professional photographs and videos of properties (interiors, exteriors)
• Edit and enhance photos and videos for listings and promotional campaigns
• Develop marketing and advertising strategies for property promotion
• Create engaging content for websites, social media, and digital campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to plan property shoots and campaigns
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
• Monitor market trends and competitor listings to improve campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate photography and marketing
• Strong skills in photo and video editing software.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel to different properties as needed
