Responsibilities:

• Document our activities and experiences (events, animals, rest areas) through photos and videos.
• Ensure that all visual content (photos and videos) aligns with the brand’s visual identity.
• Manage social media accounts and respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional yet approachable manner.
• Receive customer feedback and inquiries and escalate them to the relevant team.
• Coordinate with the team regarding bookings and related inquiries.
• Contribute to building a positive relationship with visitors through direct engagement.

Required Skills:

• Experience in photography and videography.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
• Strong communication skills in dealing with customers.
• Punctuality and strong time management abilities.
• Familiarity with the local culture and dialect.
• Location: Qatar
