Job Overview

We’re seeking a creative and passionate photographer and videographer to join our expanding Go Dekho Media Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, professional equipment, and hands-on experience capturing and producing high-quality photo and video content. You’ll be working on exciting and diverse projects for both local and national brands, bringing stories to life through visuals that inspire, engage, and convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for campaigns, events, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and design teams to develop storyboards and visual concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency and uphold Go Dekho’s visual identity and creative standards.
• Manage end-to-end production, including lighting setup, audio recording, editing, and post-production.
• Perform professional retouching, colour correction, and video grading.
• Research and adopt the latest trends and technologies in photography and videography.
• Organise and maintain digital media assets for easy access and use.
• Travel to different locations within Karachi for scheduled on-site shoots.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
• Must own professional camera, lenses, lighting, and sound gear.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical ability, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Must be based in Karachi and willing to travel for shoots.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a creative team.
