Position Title: Videographer / Video Editor
Location: Head Office, Plot# 55-A, SMCHS, Karachi
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for Dany Tameerat’s real estate projects, marketing campaigns, and brand communication. The role involves handling the full video production cycle – from shooting on-site to editing engaging visuals – ensuring our properties and company events are presented in a dynamic, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture professional-quality video footage for property tours, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos with graphics, animations, and sound enhancements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop storyboards and creative video concepts.
• Manage lighting, camera angles, and audio quality during shoots.
• Optimize videos for social media platforms, ensuring proper formatting and storytelling.
• Maintain an organized video library and backups for all projects.
• Stay updated on video trends in real estate marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Media, Film Production, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of videography and editing experience (real estate experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar software.
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio/reel of past work (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
