Key Capital Properties is a leading real estate agency in Dubai, specializing in premium properties and providing exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a talented Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team and help showcase our properties through high-quality visual content.

Job Overview: As a Photographer/Videographer at Key Capital Properties, you will be responsible for capturing and producing stunning photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts and attracting potential buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography & Videography:
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties, including interior, exterior, and aerial shots.
• Utilize advanced camera equipment and editing software to produce visually compelling content.
• Content Creation:
• Create engaging promotional videos, virtual tours, and property walkthroughs.
• Develop creative concepts for visual content that align with our brand and marketing strategies.
• Editing & Post-Production:
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure the highest quality and consistency.
• Prepare final content for use on our website, social media, and other marketing platforms.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand content requirements and project objectives.
• Coordinate with property managers and real estate agents to schedule photo and video shoots.
• Maintenance & Equipment:
• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve content quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
• Proficiency in using professional camera equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality real estate photography and videography.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and lighting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and property types is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of professional experience in real estate in photography and videography.
