Position: Real Estate Photographer & Videographer (Full-time)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
Photography & Videography:

• Capture high-resolution interior and exterior property photography for listings, agent portfolios, and marketing campaigns
• Produce professional-grade property videos and virtual tours showcasing key features and lifestyle elements
• Operate and maintain professional equipment including DSLR cameras, drones, lighting systems, and stabilisation gear
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and exceeds industry standards

Content Creation & Production:

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute creative video concepts from brief to final delivery
• Edit and post-process all content using industry-standard Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, Ai Tools)
• Develop engaging short-form social media content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) optimised for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Produce agent spotlight videos, company culture content, and behind-the-scenes material

Strategic Content Development:

• Stay abreast of latest trends in real estate videography, photography, and social media marketing
• Adapt quickly to evolving content needs and create instant, high-quality assets in dynamic situations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop visual strategies that drive audience engagement
• Manage video production schedules and consistently meet project deadlines

Technical Excellence:

• Manage and organise digital asset libraries efficiently
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
• Continuously improve content quality based on performance analytics and feedback

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in real estate photography and videography
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones (DJI or similar), and video production equipment
• Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, and Ai
• Editing Excellence: Demonstrated ability to produce broadcast-quality edits with attention to colour grading, sound design, and visual storytelling
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate projects with measurable impact
• Valid UAE Driving License & Own Vehicle: Required for on-location shoots across Dubai

Desired Qualities:

• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with video animation, motion graphics, and visual effects
• Knowledge of SEO basics and social media growth strategies
• Familiarity with AI-based content tools (perplexity, ChatGpt, CapCut, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality
• Creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Passion for real estate and understanding of the Dubai luxury market
