We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Digital Marketing Photographer & Videographer to own the visual identity of our brand across all digital channels. You will be responsible for the entire creative process—from concept development to shooting, editing, and delivery—for a wide range of marketing assets. The ideal candidate is a one-person production studio with a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and the technical skills to produce professional-grade photo and video content that converts.
Key Responsibilities
Photography (60%)
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality, on-brand photography for:
- E-commerce product shots (on-model and on-figure).
- Lifestyle and brand campaign imagery.
- Social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Website assets, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
- Style and art-direct photo shoots, including product staging, model direction, and prop selection.
- Manage in-house photo studio, including lighting, equipment, and set construction.
- Maintain and organize a digital asset library.
Videography (40%)
- Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit engaging video content for:
- Social media ads and organic content (short-form for Reels, TikTok, etc.).
- Product explainer videos and demos.
- Brand storytelling and "About Us" videos.
- Customer testimonials and case studies.
- Capture high-quality audio and operate video equipment (cameras, gimbals, lighting, etc.).
- Edit videos with a strong sense of pacing, narrative, and branding, incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
- Stay current with video trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices.
General & Strategic
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that support campaign goals (awareness, engagement, conversion).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Continuously analyze content performance and use data to inform future creative decisions.
- Stay ahead of visual trends in digital marketing, social media, and our specific industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in photography and videography, preferably in an e-commerce, agency, or in-house marketing environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both product photography and commercial videography.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro; After Effects is a major plus).
- Expert knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting techniques, and audio equipment.
- Proven ability to shoot, edit, and deliver content tailored for major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Excellent eye for composition, color, and typography.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for images and video (file naming, alt-tags, etc.).
- Experience with drone videography.
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to our company (e.g., fashion, food, tech).
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and how visual assets impact KPIs like CTR and ROAS.
