We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Duties

• Operate professional video recording equipment to capture footage for diverse projects.
• Edit videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro to create engaging visual stories.
• Enhance footage through colour correction and photo editing using Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage social media platforms by scheduling and publishing video content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
• Maintain equipment, organise digital files systematically, and ensure all content meets quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in videography, photography, and social media management to continually improve content quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography, photography, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and other editing tools such as Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of Capture One for colour grading and photo editing purposes.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms and creating content tailored for various channels.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of journalism principles and storytelling techniques through visual media.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A keen eye for detail, colour accuracy, and composition to produce visually compelling content.
