Through mentorship, hands-on learning, dance, theater, and creative programming, we help develop confident, skilled, and innovative young leaders who make a lasting impact in their communities.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Photographer & Videographer to capture the energy, impact, and stories behind our programs, performances, workshops, and community events. Your work will help inspire supporters, attract partners, and showcase the incredible achievements of our youth.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos at classes, rehearsals, performances, and community events.
• Create engaging highlight videos, promotional content, and short-form social media content.
• Edit photos and videos for marketing, fundraising, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with staff to develop creative content that reflects our mission.
• Organize and maintain digital media files.
• Occasionally assist with livestreams and event coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in photography and videography.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, or similar.
• Ability to create compelling visual stories.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for youth development, education, and the arts.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.
• Experience working with nonprofits or youth organizations is preferred but not required.
