Key Responsibilities: Photographer / Videographer / Editor ;

1. Photography

* Skilled in capturing high-quality interior and exterior photos of residential, commercial, and land properties, as well as creating engaging blogs and reels.

* Conduct drone photography for large assets or land parcels

* Ensure proper lighting, angles, and staging for aesthetic appeal

* Schedule and execute property shoots across different locations

2. Videography

* Shoot walkthrough videos of properties including aerial, lifestyle, and infrastructure shots

* Create virtual tour videos for luxury listings and large-scale developments

* Record interviews, testimonials, and branding content for the agency

3. Editing & Post-Production

* Edit property photos to professional standards (color correction, exposure, sky replacement, etc.)

* Edit video content with transitions, music, branding overlays, subtitles, etc.

* Prepare short-form content for reels, YouTube, and promotional ads

* Maintain organized backups of raw and edited media

4. Content Strategy Support

* Work with the marketing team or Sr management to develop creative campaigns

* Provide input on visual trends, content ideas, and storytelling through visuals

* Maintain a consistent brand tone across all visual assets

5. Tech & Tools Handling

* Operate and maintain photography & video gear (DSLRs, gimbals, drones, etc.)

* Ensure all equipment is in working condition before shoots

* Use professional editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.

6. Coordination & Scheduling

* Coordinate with sales, leasing, and field teams to plan shoots

* Maintain a shoot calendar and ensure timely delivery of content

* Travel to different property locations across the region as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
