1. Job Purpose

a. The Visual Content Creator is responsible for producing daily high-quality photos, videos, and digital content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

b. This role ensures the clinic maintains a strong visual presence across platforms that is professional, engaging, and brand-aligned.

c. The position involves both technical execution and creative input for content planning.

2. Key Responsibilities

a. Photography & Videography

i. Capture high-resolution photos and video footage of treatments, products, staff, and the clinic environment.

ii. Plan and shoot content for brand campaigns and social platforms.

b. Content Creation & Editing

i. Edit videos and images for use on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website.

ii. Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and branding elements.

iii. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content calendars.

c. Daily Social Media Content

i. Create engaging daily visuals such as reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.

ii. Keep up with trends in healthcare and beauty aesthetics for content inspiration.

iii. Help maintain an archive of content assets for future use.

d. Digital Design Support

i. Design simple digital assets for web, email, and social use (e.g., banners, story covers, etc.).

ii. Ensure all visual content aligns with clinic brand guidelines.

iii. Work alongside the Graphic Designer on integrated campaigns.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

a. Education: Degree or diploma in Multimedia, Photography, or related field.

b. Experience: 2–3 years in content creation or media production.

c. Language: English fluency required.

4. Technical Skills

a. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Final Cut, and Photoshop.

b. Skilled in smartphone and DSLR videography.

c. Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok editing, and short-form trends.

5. Personal Attributes

a. Strong visual eye and aesthetic sense.

b. Fast-paced and adaptable to content needs.

c. Creative thinker and trend-aware.

d. Collaborative, with a hands-on attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
