Job Summary:
The Photographer/Videographer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content to support the company’s marketing, branding, and communication goals. This includes planning, shooting, and editing photos and videos for use across digital platforms, advertising campaigns, social media, events, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional photos and videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
- Capture high-quality images and footage of products, events, facilities, and people.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling.
- Maintain and manage photography and video equipment, ensuring all are in good working condition.
- Edit photos and videos using professional software to meet brand and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency of visual style, lighting, and color correction across all media.
- Manage media storage, file organization, and backup of all digital assets.
- Stay up to date with trends in photography, videography, and digital content creation.
- Handle live shoots, interviews, and event coverage as needed.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns and social media content.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Photography, Film Production, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a professional photographer/videographer.
- Proficiency with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Strong skills in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and color grading.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in corporate, product, or event photography/videography.
- Knowledge of social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Drone photography/videography certification (advantage).
- Motion graphics or animation skills (bonus).
