Photographer/Videographer

Job Title: Photographer & VideographerJob Purpose

To capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing, social media, events, and promotional campaigns. Responsible for editing, organizing files, and ensuring all visual content meets brand standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography

• Capture high-quality photos for products, services, events, and promotional activities.
• Set up proper lighting, backgrounds, and equipment for each shoot.
• Retouch and edit images to meet brand and marketing requirements.
• Maintain consistency in style, color, and quality of all photos.

Videography

• Shoot professional videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events, interviews, and corporate content.
• Handle all video setups: lighting, sound, background, and camera angles.
• Edit videos, add music, subtitles, transitions, and effects.
• Deliver final videos optimized for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website, Ads).

Content Creation

• Develop creative concepts for photo and video shoots.
• Work closely with marketing team to produce engaging content.
• Suggest new ideas, trends, and styles to keep content updated.

Equipment Management

• Maintain and organize all photography/videography equipment.
• Ensure cameras, lights, microphones, and accessories are functioning properly.
• Manage storage, backup, and file organization.

Other Duties

• Attend events, campaigns, and in-house activities for media coverage.
• Ensure timely delivery of all edited photos and videos.
• Protect confidentiality of all content and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer.
• Strong skills in photo and video editing software:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Cap Cut
• Creative eye for detail, color, lighting, and composition.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certification in Photography, Film, Media, or related field (preferred).
• Portfolio of previous work is required.
