Job Overview

Grans Group, a well-established name in construction and interior fit-out, is looking to hire a Photographer / Videographer / Media Executive to handle visual documentation and marketing content across our projects.

The role involves capturing high-quality imagery and videos of ongoing, completed, and handover-stage projects, supporting both internal documentation and external marketing.

Experience in construction, interior fit-out, or real estate projects is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional photographs and videos of construction and interior projects
• Document site progress, milestones, and completed works
• Create before-and-after visuals for marketing and presentations
• Produce short-form videos and reels for digital platforms
• Perform basic photo and video editing
• Organize, label, and archive all project media systematically
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and management for scheduled shoots
• Ensure consistency with Grans Group’s brand and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography and videography
• Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, framing, and angles
• Comfortable working on live construction and fit-out sites
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Own professional camera equipment preferred

Preferred Experience (Added Advantage)

• Previous experience in construction, interior fit-out, real estate, or architectural projects
• Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and company websites
• Knowledge of drone or aerial photography (if available and licensed)
