Manager Business Development – Academy for Professional Development (APD)

Academy for Professional Development (APD) at Beaconhouse National University (BNU) invites applications for the position of Manager Business Development. We are seeking dynamic professionals with strong stakeholders’ management, coordination, and communication skills to ensure the achievement of the academy’s vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow corporate, government, and nonprofit clientele.
• Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities for open enrolment, customized, and certificate programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industry and public sector organizations.
• Create business proposals, capability decks, and client communications.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that position APD programs competitively in the market.
• Represent APD at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Engage with external stakeholders including government and non-government organizations, INGOs, and development agencies for exploring projects of mutual interest.

Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of education with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Candidates with experience or solid understanding of digital marketing are preferred.
• Knowledge of brand management and prior work in learning and development with industry experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
