Job Overview:

Beaconhouse National University (BNU), a not-for-profit institution committed to academic excellence, invites applications from competent and motivated individuals for the position of Senior Officer Academics in the Office of the Registrar.

Job Summary:

The Sr. Officer Academics will support the Registrar’s Office in managing core academic administration functions, including student records, registration processes, fee coordination, and scholarship administration. The role requires close coordination with academic schools, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant academic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student fee management in coordination with accounts office.
  • Prepare and manage payment invoices for external stakeholders.
  • Manage student registration and status/semester updates.
  • Prepare and maintain scholarship assessment sheets.
  • Manage scholarship applications.
  • Monitor and maintain records of all scholarship recipients and related financial documents.
  • Handle foreign students’ visa-related affairs.
  • Address student queries and ensure proper documentation and coordination.
  • Manage medical health insurance coverage for all BNU students.
  • Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Answer phones and respond to emails from students, faculty, and staff promptly.
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned by the Team Lead/Registrar.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in academic administration, preferably in higher education institutes.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data handling.
  • Sound analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
