About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team at our Johar Town, Lahore office. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. You will work closely with designers and the marketing team to develop high-performing, secure, and responsive websites that deliver excellent user experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and custom code
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into fully responsive WordPress pages
• Customize and optimize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements
• Implement clean, scalable, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Ensure websites follow best practices for speed, performance, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and compatibility problems
• Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and mobile responsiveness
• Manage website updates, backups, and plugin/theme upgrades
• Work with WooCommerce to develop and maintain e-commerce functionality when required
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and project managers for smooth project execution
• Monitor website performance and implement performance optimization techniques
• Maintain website security using security plugins, updates, and vulnerability checks

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer
• Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugin architecture
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
• Experience with page builders such as Elementor, GeneratePress, WPBakery, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with WooCommerce development and customization
• Basic understanding of technical SEO and website optimization
• Familiarity with WordPress security best practices and performance optimization tools
• Experience with hosting environments, cPanel, and domain management
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom theme development
• Knowledge of Git or version control systems
• Understanding of API integrations and third-party tools
• Experience optimizing websites using caching, CDN, and image optimization tools

Working Hours

• Office hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Work mode: On-site (Lahore – Johar Town)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
