Full Stack WordPress Developer (Junior Role)

Job Title: Full-Stack WordPress Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack WordPress Developer to manage both front-end and back-end development. You will be responsible for creating a visual interface that is responsive and user-friendly, while ensuring the backend architecture is robust, secure, and optimized for performance.

Technical Requirements

1. Front-End Development

HTML5 & CSS3: Expert ability to write clean, semantic code and create complex layouts.

Bootstrap: Proficiency in using Bootstrap frameworks for rapid, mobile-first responsive design.

JavaScript (jQuery): Ability to implement interactive elements, sliders, and form validations.

2. Backend Development & CMS

WordPress Core: Deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, including custom theme development and plugin customization.

PHP: Strong knowledge of PHP for server-side logic and WordPress hook/filter systems.

MySQL: Ability to manage and optimize databases, perform migrations, and write custom queries.

3. Server & Maintenance

Environment Management: Experience with local development environments (e.g., LocalWP, XAMPP) and live server deployment.

Site Performance: Knowledge of caching, CDN integration, and Core Web Vitals optimization.

Security: Implementing best practices to protect the site from vulnerabilities and malware.

Key Responsibilities

Designing and implementing new features and functionalities for the website.

Converting UI/UX designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into fully functional WordPress themes.

Managing the integration of third-party APIs and managing WooCommerce (if applicable).

Troubleshooting and fixing bugs or "urgent situations" that arise on the live server.

Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.

Preferred Qualifications

BSCS (Computer Science) degree or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and page speed optimization (GTmetrix/PageSpeed Insights).
