Photographer/Videographer

A Photographer/Video Editor in a real estate department is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content (photos, videos, drone footage) to market residential and commercial properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Property Photography/Videography: Capture high-quality interior and exterior shots, including wide-angle shots, detail shots, and 360° virtual tours.
• Video Production: Create walkthrough property tours, cinematic property reels, and promotional videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube).
• Editing & Post-Processing: Edit and retouch images to enhance visual appeal, and edit raw video footage into polished content using Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects).
• On-Site Coordination: Coordinate scheduling with real estate agents, landlords, and developers to visit properties.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and operate photography/videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and drones.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and luxury aesthetic.
• Deadline Management: Ensure quick turnaround of final edited content to meet listing deadlines.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a real estate photographer/videographer (typically 2-3 years).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and HDR processing software.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating property, architectural, or interior design photography/videography.
• Creativity: A keen eye for composition, lighting, and interior aesthetics.
• Drone Operations: Drone operation skills/licenses are often required or highly preferred.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with agents and clients.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license and own vehicle (often required for travel between locations).

Typical Work Environment

• This is often a full-time, on-site role involving regular travel to different property locations across a city or region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 per month
